Not technically, as South pole on the continent of Antartica is the southern most point in the world . However, the island of Tierra del Fuego has the southern most city in the world called Ushuaia which is a beautiful little port city surrounded by water and snow capped mountains a must see at some point in life.
Also great fishing in the national park, and Lago Fagnano.
